Enrollment for New and Returning Students

To prepare for next school year:
Bethany operates under a continuous enrollment model. If your student is NOT intending to return for the following school year for any reason other than graduation, the business office MUST be notified in writing no later than March 15 by emailing [email protected].
1. Review & sign your enrollment agreement
Each spring, parents/guardians of new and returning students will receive an email notification that their student’s Continuous Enrollment Agreement has been generated and is awaiting their signature. Have one parent/guardian log into Blackbaud Enrollment Management to review and sign the agreement and select a payment plan.
3. Collect and turn in enrollment documents (new students only)
Collect and turn in documents that your students will need on file for next school year. Documents include:
- Permission to treat form English/Spanish
- Enrollment information form (click here)
- Home Language Survey form English/Spanish
Completed documents can be uploaded HERE or emailed to [email protected]
Bethany reviews and awards financial aid grants each year based on family need and limited available school funds. Awards do not carry over from one year to the next. Log into Blackbaud’s Financial Aid Management to apply.
Please note that April 15 is the deadline for financial aid applications for returning students – let the Business Office know if you need an extension by emailing [email protected]. Visit our financial aid page to learn more!
Once the continuous enrollment agreement is signed, a tuition billing account is created and available for your review in Blackbaud Tuition Management.
If you’re having trouble accessing your information in Blackbaud, here are some helpful resources:
Parent Contact Center (Have your Family ID ready)
- Call 888-868-8828 for their Tuition Management inquiries.
- Live agents are available by phone Monday -Friday (7:00 AM - 1:00 AM EST) and Saturday and Sunday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST)
- Parents may contact support via chat Monday - Friday (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST)
- Calls are handled in the order they are received. Long hold times may be experienced during enrollment. Parents can request a call back when the next agent is available
- Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the automated payment system
