We hosted a debate tournament today, including teams from Concord, Plymouth, LaPorte, Columbia City, and Canterbury.
The Bruins took four of the top five places in varsity Lincoln-Douglas debate, with seniors Nico Brenneman-Ochoa and Ian McHugh taking first and second, respectively, and sophomores Daphne Diener, fourth, and Evan Gutierrez, fifth, rounding out the team effort.
In Congressional debate, junior Kaylee Woelk nabbed eighth, while freshman Ethan Claassen took sixth in his novice chamber.
