1st graders just finished up their fairytale unit this week! During their unit, they read a variety of fairytale stories, learned about elements of a fairytale, and even wrote their own! They ended their unit with a royal ball in the First Grade Fairytale Kingdom. Students got to dress up like royalty, a villain, or an enchanted animal. They danced at the ball, made crowns, ate delicious fairytale snacks, and at the end, each student was knighted according to their best classroom skills and attributes.
