Sixth graders applied their learning about potential and kinetic energy to build paper roller coasters. They described the sections that have gravitational potential energy and where this changes to kinetic energy. Students were also required to give their coaster and name, logo, and slogan to enhance their theme. Once they were finished they invited 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade students to come and test them out!
