On Saturday, January 29, 2022, Bethany band and orchestra students performed at the ISSMA Solo & Ensemble district contest at Elkhart High School. During the competition, judges rated the performances.
We are proud to say that all Bethany musicians received gold ratings, which included 7 string solos, 6 string ensembles, and 2 band ensembles. That’s a total of 15 events!!
One of our string ensembles included a 5th grade quartet which is the youngest group ever to perform at this event from Bethany!
Junior violinist Lucca Kauffman and freshman cellist Noah Schrock will take their solos to State in Indianapolis at the end of February.
